About The Company
Majestik Engineering Works (MEW) is a highly reputed organization dedicated towards manufacturing industrial valves like diaphragm valves, etc. of the highest quality. Established in the year 1976, it continues to uphold the founder's dedication to quality and responsibility. The company is manned by a dedicated workforce both on and off the shop floor. A watchful Management and Quality Control department ensure that all processes are regulated and delivery schedules are closely adhered to. A constant level of stock of diaphragm valves, indicators, ball valves and more is maintained in our standard product ranges, in order to facilitate early deliveries.
MEW is known for its commitment to quality. Input materials are sourced form reliable and reputed suppliers and are subjected to close scrutiny, with a one stop rejection policy to ensure material compliance. Inspections are carried out at various process stages to ensure that our quality standards of our diaphragm valves, etc. are maintained. We also have an active development programme, allowing us to address special customer requirements, especially for equipment operating in hazardous and corrosive environments.
Our unit is located in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, close to major highways and related industries, reducing delivery and dispatch problems. Companies like L&T, BPCL and Sulzer Pumps are our major clients. We welcome your interest in our products and hope to provide our services to you. For any further information you may require, please feel free to contact us directly.
Product Profile- Majestik Engineering Works (MEW)
are manufacturers of Industrial Valves and Process Control Systems,
with an industry presence spanning 25 years. Our products include
Diaphragm Valves, Non Return (Check) Valves, Pneumatically Actuated
Diaphragm Valves, Sight Flow Indicators and Ejectors, MOC, etc. Valve
Linings are also provided as per customer requirements. Valves are available
in Cast Iron, Cast Steel and Stainless Steel of various grades. Rubber
lining (Ebonite, Natural, Neoprene, EPDM Butyl, Hypalon, Nitrile,
Viton) and Teflon (FTFF, ECTFE, FEP, PFA, PTFE, PVDF, PVC) Lining and
Coatings are used
- Labline (MEW) Diaphragm Valves: are weir design, manually on pneumatically actuated valves with indicating
or non indicating stems, provided as per customer requirements. Thrust
bearings are provided for valves of sizes 80 mm and above. Moving parts
within the valve are made of non ferrous materials for a longer life.
Diaphragm is available in a variety of materials (Neoprene, EPDM,
Butyl, Nitrile, Viton, Hypalon, Natural Rubber, Silicon, PTFE). The
three piece isolated design ensures that the diaphragm can be replaced
without removing the valve from the line. Pneumatically operated valves
are available in D.O.P.C. or D.O.P.C. configurations. End connections
available are Screwed end, Butt and Socket weld, and flanged end, which are as per Indian and international standards
- Labline (MEW) Flap type Check Valves:
are directional flow valves. The controlling element is a hingeless
moulded rubber steel reinforced flap. the flap itself acts as a gasket
between the upper and lower halves and is available in different grades
of rubber to handle process requirements. Salient features of the Flap
Type Check Valve are Zero maintenance, Zero leakage at 0.1 kg/cm back
pressure, negligible head loss, straight flow pattern with area fully
compensated. This valve is suitable for both horizontal and vertical
placements. The hingeless design eliminates the possibility of
operational failures due to jamming of hinges. All valves are available
in flanges end connections as per the requisite Indian and international standards
- Labline (MEW) Sight Flow Indicators: provide
a quick, reliable and economical way to verify flow and monitor color
and clarify in fluid lines. They are available in Cast Iron and Cast
Steel of various grades. Teflon gaskets are provided to ensure a leak
proof steel at the metal-glass interface. The viewing ports are fitted
with toughened Borosilicate glass
- Needle Valve (MEW) Regular
and Compact design, straight and angle pattern type. Use in
glass-liquids, critical vacuum operations, process and instrumentation
line in high pressure and high temperature. Needle valves are available
in Bar stock material (SS 316, 304), Carbon Steel, Pressure rating
300,600,8000, LBS and above, as per the customers requirements
- Ball Valves (MEW):
3 piece design, Full/Reduced port orifice, high flow capacity, positive
shut off, Leak proof, Low operation torque, Operation 90 degree or 180
degree. Provision for panel mounting. Ball valve available in SS 304
(Bar Stock).
